COVID-19 Update #6 // More samples and an update on our progress!

Hi there,
We're just going to start with the not so good news and say that yup... we're delayed. Again. We are as frustrated as you are because all we want is to deliver Tooth to you. The delivery time has now been officially pushed back to December 2020.
So, why are we delayed? One of the factories we work with had to go on lockdown again this past month of July. As a result, everything within the production process has been pushed back . The factory should be reopening mid-August and will resume its activities. However, the team managed to make some first samples of our stand right before they went into their 2nd lockdown! The stands won't look as shiny as they are in photo, as they haven't been bead blasted yet (See photo below)
Because we are all going through such unstable times, we have made sure to have a plan b regarding manufacturing. If things do not work out as they should with our current manufacturer and they have to go into lockdown once more, we have another manufacturer in line, who can take over the workload.
In our last update, we showed you the first samples of the toothbrush heads. After testing them, we've changed the configuration of the bristles to better the brushing experience. The heads are in the process of being made and we are waiting for the next samples to arrive.
We are also waiting to receive the first samples of our packaging! Here is a little sneak peek (picture below)
We are really sorry for this delay and we are doing our best to get Tooth delivered to you as quick as possible. We don't like making you wait but unfortunately there are certain things that are simply beyond our control. We're all going through our struggles but we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and we are more than determined to share Tooth with all of you.
